Postage and packaging costs are calculated by rate by weight.  Packages up to 2kg in weight will be charged £3.95 P&P, and packages over 2kg will be charged £5.95 P&P.  If you order over £50 of Puddy Muddle products in one transaction, you will not be charged for P&P.

 

Most products are created and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

 

On the rare occasion that it’s not possible to created and ship an order within this time frame, I will contact you directly and inform you of the delay and will endeavour to get your product(s) to you ASAP.

 

Packages are sent and will be delivered to you second class via Royal Mail or Hermes couriers (drop off without signature).

FYI - If you are local to Hedge End, there is an option to collect from the 'Puddy Muddle Workshop'.  Select this option when going through the checkout, and we can arrange a day and time for you to collect when your order is ready.
