A 3D paper heart family tree with a floral design.  Designed and created entirely by Puddy Muddle. 
Would make a lovely birthday and/or anniversary gift for mum/dad/a loved one or a personal Mother’s Day gift. 
The family tree is unique to your family.  Each paper heart represents a member of the family.  Please inform me in the personalisation field who you would like included on the tree, and I will arrange the hearts into a composition that works.  I will also include a little certificate with the names on (as per the photo shown). 
Optional personalised initials can be included in the pink heart on the tree.  If you would like an initial/initials, please inform me in the personalisation field. 
Two different colour options to choose from: navy hearts and lighter blue hearts. 
Three different frame options to choose from: natural wood, black and white. 
The frame is approximately 23 by 23cm and the print is approximately 20 by 20cm.
Please note that colours may look slightly different as all monitors display colours differently.  The family trees are hand made by me and so may show signs of being lovingly hand-crafted.  Please be assured, however, that I would never sell anything that I wouldn’t be perfectly happy buying myself.
