WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT?

The satisfaction of my customers is paramount.  If you receive an item that is damaged, or you are not happy with the quality of a product, contact me within seven days, and I will be happy to discuss a replacement or refund. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Most orders will reach you within 1-2 weeks of the order date.  Some may arrive quicker than that.   In very rare cases an order might take a little longer than 2 weeks (but I will contact you to inform you if this applies to your order).   

HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of the products that I sell and the images/illustrations/graphic illustrations used to make them have been designed and created by me.  There are two ways that I create my products.  The first original method is to print my designs onto iron-transfer paper and then press them onto the product.  I mainly use this first method for cotton based products.   A more recent method that I have started using is sublimation, where the ink fuses into the material used.  Sublimation is mainly used on polyester or polyester blend products.   

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MATERIAL PRODUCTS TO MAKE THEM LAST?

Wash any material item (T-shirts, sweatshirts, totebags etc...) inside-out.

Wash them on a full spin cycle at no more than 40 degrees.

Do NOT tumble dry.

When ironing, iron the item inside-out.  Never iron directly onto the iron transfers/images.
